Shipping Policy - The Basics
MST3 Pty Ltd’s Shipping Policy sets the framework for how we handle the delivery of commercial refrigeration equipment, including ice cream display freezers. It outlines our obligations to you as the customer and what you can expect regarding delivery timelines, costs, and scenarios that may affect shipping.
We ship products to customers across Australia using insured, reliable freight partners. All shipments are tracked and delivery costs are based on location and unit quantity.
A clear Shipping Policy benefits both parties. Customers understand when and how they will receive their orders, and we minimise confusion or miscommunication around logistics. This is especially important for large and fragile items such as static freezers.
What to Include in the Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of full payment being received.
For bulk or special orders, dispatch may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on stock availability.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Regional Victoria: 2–5 business days
Interstate (NSW, SA, QLD): 3–7 business days
WA, NT, TAS: up to 10 business days
Delays may occur due to freight company capacity or remote area routing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on delivery location, number of units, and size of the freezer model.
You will receive a confirmed shipping quote before payment.
All shipments include insurance coverage against transit damage (conditions apply).
4. Delivery Expectations
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
The receiving party must ensure that someone is present to accept and inspect the delivery.
Forklift or loading dock access must be advised in advance. Tail-lift delivery is available if required.
5. Scenarios That May Affect Shipping
Incorrect Delivery Address: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
Missed Delivery Attempt: If no one is available to receive the goods, redelivery charges may be incurred.
Damaged on Arrival: Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours, with photo evidence, to initiate an insurance claim.
Delays Due to Freight Carrier: While we work with trusted partners, MST3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers (e.g., weather, strikes, border closures).
6. International Shipping
