Refund Policy - The Basics
MST3 Pty Ltd is committed to fair business practices and full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misrepresented, or not fit for commercial use as described. However, refunds are not provided for change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or ordering errors common to wholesale equipment sales.
Goods must be inspected upon delivery, and any claims made within 7 days. MST3 reserves the right to assess whether a fault is major or minor. Minor faults will be repaired promptly. Approved returns must be unused, securely packaged, and returned with proof of purchase.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
MST3’s Returns Policy includes the following key conditions:

No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Incorrect selection, size, or model is not grounds for return

Faulty or Damaged Goods: Entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if the product is:

Inspection & Reporting: Claims must be made within 7 days, with evidence (photos or technician reports)

▪ Return freight (unless faulty) is the customer’s responsibility -
Legal Assurance: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected
